Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
Free Returns

Airah will cover return shipping costs if:

The wrong size or color was sent.

The item received is damaged or defective.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If a customer wishes to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of use.

Items not in original packaging with tags intact.

Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct Bank Transfer.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges for a different size or color are allowed, subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is out of stock, a refund may be offered instead.
Damage Reporting

Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Clear photographic evidence must be provided to process the claim.

Return Shipping Instructions

For approved free returns, Airah will provide a return shipping label.
