Refund policy

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

Free Returns

  • Airah will cover return shipping costs if:

    • The wrong size or color was sent.

    • The item received is damaged or defective.

Customer-Initiated Returns

  • If a customer wishes to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use.

  • Items not in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct Bank Transfer.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges for a different size or color are allowed, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund may be offered instead.

Damage Reporting

  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Clear photographic evidence must be provided to process the claim.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to start the return process.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable).

Return Shipping Instructions

  • Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

  • For approved free returns, Airah will provide a return shipping label.

  • For customer-initiated returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping cost.
